BodyKnowledgetm Weight Management
Programs
are
designed for the alignment of your body, mind and spirit and to fit within your
budget. All programs (except Group
Cleanses) begin with Basic Weight
Management.
Basic Weight Management
To
customize your programs to meet your specific needs, you begin with 5 to 10
weekly consultations with Denise to identify your self-defeating thoughts,
attitudes towards food, and unhealthy habits that contribute to your weight
management difficulties. You are taught the basics of food combining according
to Denise’s methods and given a Meal
Planning Chart. You begin the
BodyKnowledgetm
Basic Program, which teaches you to use your
body the way it is designed for movement with a total body conditioning routine.
You can use this “body knowledge” to improve your results in all
areas of your fitness and movement life.
You are also given habit control techniques to have power over urges,
stay focused and achieve the goals you desire.
BodyKnowledgetm
Basic
Weight Management
Program
Consultation –
1-hour private session with Denise Cavassa, CMA and your
Pattern Awareness form that you fill prepare before the session to identify
your goals, habits, health concerns, etc. You will begin your BodyKnowledgetm Basics
exercise routine and begin to
notice immediate results.
Meal Planning Consultation
– For the second step of your
program, Denise designs a meal plan with your special needs and likes in mind.
You are taught how to “work your plan” to ensure your immediate success and you
build on your BodyKnowledgetm exercise routine. 1-hour private session.

BodyKnowledgetm Basic Sessions – 1-hour private sessions with
Denise Cavassa, CMA
where you complete your
personalized BodyKnowledgetm
Basics
program. At the end
of these sessions, you will have a daily, 15-20-minute exercise routine to
condition your body to look, feel and function at its best. Your progress is monitored in these sessions
to determine the frequency of and needs for your future upgrades.
As you progress, upgrades to
your Eating Plans and BodyKnowledgetm exercise programs are quicker
and more comprehensive and can be combined in 2-3 sessions every 4-6 weeks at a
special-client fee.
Meal Planning
This
program includes weekly meal plans to help you achieve your weight management
goals and create body maintenance meals on your own. Meals are designed according to seasonal food availability and
based on organic ingredients. Special
accommodations can be made if you have specific requirements (e.g., needs to
manage diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
Weekly Meal Plans
Consists of structured plans for three meals plus snack
options for seven days. Plans are
delivered to you on Wednesdays.
(Special dietary requirements may require additional fees.)
Chef Service
Denise works with expert chefs who will shop and prepare your
meals according to her weekly Eating Plans.
Weekly pick-up and delivery services are available. Fee includes cost of food. When you do the math, you will see that this
healthy service is much less expensive and convenient than eating out.
It’s
always easier to have a buddy when you are meeting challenges. Denise carefully matches the personalities
and weight management goals of her clients to provide the extra support that
you may need to condition yourself for success. This service includes monthly group support sessions for
BodyKnowledgetm fine-tuning tips and program
upgrades, group fun and exercise, and to share personal success journeys and
offer encouragement. Depending upon the
group dynamics, sessions may be held in various fun locations, e.g., at high
tea, day spa or at a dessert cafe.
Group Cleansing Plans
It is important to cleanse your body of toxins a few times a
year. Such “fasting” can often be
difficult and are always easier when done with a small, intimate group. Based on ancient “earth knowledge”, Denise’s
programs consider seasonal foods, herbs, times of day/week/month, body cycles,
and individual energy patterns to create a personalized Cleansing Plan for each
participant and the dynamics of the group.
Her Cleansing Plans are easy to follow and “livable”. Eating Plans are developed with step-by-step
instructions for mind-body-spirit success.
You receive the support and basic guidance for optimal health and goal
achievement with BodyKnowledgetm
Cleansing Plans. Weekly phone consultations with Denise are
scheduled. Support group meetings are available for an additional fee (see
Partner
Support Plan
above). Denise often joins the group in the Cleanse.
Cleanses are a 4-week process that involves preparation,
eating plans and recipes, and structured mental-physical alignment tools. Participants may extend a Cleanse for up to
4 weeks.
All
BodyKnowledgetm Programs are affordable and can be structured to fit
your budget. Remember, you are worth every bit of your health and happiness!
